Custom Grillz Process (4 Steps)

1. Place Your Order

You will receive an easy-to-use mold kit delivered to your door in 2–4 days.

2. Make Your Mold at Home

Take a mold of your teeth using the kit, then send it back to us. We provide a prepaid shipping label.

If you prefer to have a dentist take your mold or provide your own mold, that is completely fine. Any associated costs are your responsibility.

3. We Handcraft Your Grillz

Once we receive your mold, our team begins creating your custom set. Please allow 3–7 days.

4. Ready to Wear

We ship your finished Grillz straight to you — perfectly fitted and ready to wear.

Due to the fluctuating prices of gold and silver, we cannot hold open orders indefinitely.

The Deadline: You must return your completed dental impressions within 180 days (approximately 6 months) of receiving your kit.

The Policy: If we do not receive your molds within this timeframe, your order will be marked as "Abandoned."

No Refunds: Abandoned orders are closed and non-refundable to cover material reservation and administrative costs.

To restart an expired order, a new purchase at current market prices will be required.

Custom grillz are removable decorative oral jewelry, not dental treatment or medical/dental devices. The mold kit is for self-use only, and 713 GRILLZ does not directly supervise the molding process.

Do not wear grillz while eating, sleeping, or exercising. Stop wearing them immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, irritation, looseness, or discomfort.

If you have any dental concerns, consult a licensed dentist.

Custom grillz are made to order based on your selected design and approved mold. Once production begins, cancellations or returns are not accepted for personal preference.

If there is a confirmed production issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos so we can review available repair or remake options.

This does not limit any rights required by law.

MOLD KIT SHIPPING

Mold kits are usually dispatched within 24 hours after your order is placed. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

FINISHED GRILLZ SHIPPING

After your mold is approved and production is completed, your finished grillz will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

For custom grillz, production time begins only after the mold or fit information has been reviewed and approved.
