2. Products & Custom Grillz

713 Grillz specializes in custom-made grillz and related products.

Because many of our products are individually made, the final product may have minor variations in:

Shape
Texture
Finish
Color
Stone placement
Appearance
Dimensions

These variations may occur as a normal part of the custom jewelry-making process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before production begins, including tooth selection, material, color, design, stone selection, and other specifications.

3. Dental Molds & Customer Responsibility

Customers purchasing custom-fit grillz are responsible for following all mold instructions carefully.

A proper dental mold is essential for creating a properly fitting piece.

713 Grillz is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from:

Incorrect molding technique
Incomplete molds
Distorted molds
Damaged molds
Incorrect tooth positioning
Failure to follow molding instructions
Changes to the customer's teeth after the mold was taken

If a mold does not meet our requirements, we may request a new mold before production begins.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

713 Grillz reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for any reason, including:

Product availability
Pricing errors
Incorrect product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to verify payment
Mold or fitting concerns
Customer-requested specifications that cannot reasonably be produced

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged at checkout is the price applicable to your order at the time of purchase, unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Orders will not enter production until payment requirements have been satisfied.

6. Custom Orders & Production

Custom orders may enter production shortly after the order is placed.

Once production has started, changes to the order may not be possible.

Customers should carefully review all specifications before submitting an order.

Additional charges may apply for customer-requested changes that are approved after production has begun.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, we generally cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

713 Grillz ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

713 Grillz provides jewelry products and is not a dental or medical provider.
