Shipping policy

Mold Kit Shipping:
Mold kits are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Returning Your Mold:
After you receive your mold kit and take your dental mold, we provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so you can send your completed mold back to us.

Grillz Production:
Once we receive and inspect your mold, your custom grillz will typically take approximately 1 week to complete.

Grillz Shipping:
Once your grillz are completed, we ship them directly to you. You will receive tracking information once your grillz have shipped.

Estimated Timeline

Order → Mold Kit: Shipped within 24 hours

Grillz Production: Approximately 1 week after we receive your mold
