FAQ

Will my grillz fit?

Yes, 100% guaranteed. Every set is custom made from your own mold. If they don't fit, we remake them free.

What if I mess up my mold?

No stress. Our kit comes with clear instructions, and if your mold doesn't come out right, we'll send you a new kit free.

Do I need to go to a dentist?

No. You make your mold at home in about 10 minutes.

How long does it take to get my grillz?

Most customers have them in about 2–3 weeks from the day they order.

Is the gold real?

10K and 14K options are solid gold. Our 925 sterling silver option can be finished in white, yellow, or rose gold plating.

Can I eat with my grillz in?

We recommend taking them out to eat. They're removable and easy to put back in.

How do I clean them?

Rinse with warm water, gently brush with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, and dry them before storing in the included case.

Will they tarnish?

Solid gold won't tarnish. Silver and plated pieces stay shiny with regular cleaning.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm are available at checkout.

Can I return my grillz?

Because every set is custom made for your teeth, grillz are final sale once production starts. Your fit is 100% guaranteed though.

I want a custom design. Can you do it?

Yes! Hit "Get a Quote" or text us at 346-322-0647, or DM us on Instagram @713_grillz.
